Where going back to “Grease” today, with a sock hop kinda feeling. This is a very versatile hairstyle, it can great for a 1950’s dress-up party, or just a cute ponytail for a warm day. Add a headband or hair bow at the top of the ponytail to ‘cuten it up’. All I did was grab the front fringe section and tease it at the back will a fine comb to get volume (you could have go for more volume at the front if you wanted). Then I pulled all the rest of my hair into a high pony, using the fine comb and hairspray to make the sides smooth. It is great if you have curly hair here, I just combed and twisted the pony around my finger to create a smooth 50’s pony. If you have curly hair, just use a curling iron or rollers to create one nice smooth curl for your ponytail.
